1. General provisions

The given personal data processing Policy is formulated according to the Federal Law of Russian Federation № 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» and defines the procedure of personal data processing and protection of personal data taken by OOO «LAM» (hereinafter the Operator).

1.1. The Operator prioritizes as its main goal and the terms of operation respect of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their personal data as well as the protection of privacy right, personal and family secrets.
1.2. The given Policy of the Operator (hereinafter the Policy) related to personal data processing is applied to all the information that the Operator can get about the users of https://lam.moscow website.

2. Basic terms and definitions used in the Policy

2.1. Automated personal data processing — personal data processing via computer software;
2.2. Personal data blocking — temporary interruption of personal data processing (except where processing is required for personal data update or alteration);
2.3. Website — the complex of graphic and information materials as well as software applications and databases that make available the access to the Internet at web address https://lam.moscow;
2.4. Personal data information system — a set of personal data included into personal data databases, as well as the software and tools used for their processing;
2.5. Personal data depersonalization — actions making it impossible to identify personal data of a particular User or any other data subject without using additional information;
2.6. Personal data processing — any action  (operation) or a series of actions (operations) performed towards personal data with or without using automation tools including the personal data acquisition, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, update and alteration, extraction, use, transfer (distribution, presentation, providing access), depersonalization, blocking, deleting and annihilation;
2.7. The Operator — state authority, municipal authority, legal or private person, who severally or jointly arranges and/or performs personal data processing, as well as defines the aims of personal data processing, the volume of personal data subject to processing and actions (operations) with personal data;
2.8. Personal data — any information related to directly or indirectly specified or identified User of the website https://lam.moscow;
2.9. The User — any visitor of the https://lam.moscow website;
2.10. Personal data presentation — actions related to personal data disclosure to a particular person or certain group of persons;
2.11. Personal data distribution — any actions of personal data disclosure to undefined or unlimited group of persons (transfer of personal data) including exposure to mass media and information and telecommunication networks and giving access to personal data in any other way;
2.12. Trans-border transfer of personal data — personal data transfer to a foreign country, foreign government body and foreign private or legal person;
2.13. Personal data annihilation — actions making it impossible to restore personal data volume in the personal data information system and (or) resulting in the elimination of physical personal data carriers.

3. The Operator can process the following User’s personal data:

3.1. Name, surname, patronymic name;
3.2. E-mail address;
3.3. Phone number;
3.4. The Operator also collects and processes depersonalized data from the website (including cookie files via services providing Internet statistics (Yandex Metrika, Google Analytics etc.).
3.5. All the data listed above is hereinafter the Personal Data.

4. Purposes for personal data processing

4.1. The purpose of User’s personal data processing is to inform the User via e-mail; civil contract conclusion, execution and termination; giving the User access to services, information, and/or materials on the website.
4.2. The Operator can also send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and different events. The User may choose not to receive informational messages by sending the Operator an e-mail to hello@likeamov.com marked as «Cancel notifications about new products, services and special offers».
4.3. Depersonalized User data collected via Internet statistics services are intended for gathering information about User’s actions on the website, improving the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal basis for personal data processing

5.1. The Operator processes only User’s personal data that is filled and/or sent in special forms on the https://lam.moscow website. By filling and/or sending those forms to the Operator the Users express their consent with the Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes depersonalized User data if it is allowed by the User in browser configuration (enable cookies and JavaScript).

6. The order of acquisition, storage, transfer and other ways of personal data processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures that are required to be fully performed according to the current legislation on the personal data security.
6.1. The operator ensures security of personal data and takes all possible measures to block access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
6.2. User’s personal data is under no circumstances transferred to the third party with the exception of cases related to the execution of current legislation.
6.3. In case inaccuracy of personal data is found by the User, they can update the data by sending the Operator a notification on e-mail hello@likeamov.com marked as «Personal data update».
6.4. The time of data processing is unlimited. The User can withdraw their consent for personal data processing any time by sending the Operator a notification on e-mail hello@likeamov.com marked as «Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing».

7. Trans-border transfer of personal data

7.1. The Operator before making trans-border transfer of personal data is obliged to ensure that the foreign state to which territory personal data is transferred gives good protection of personal data subjects.
7.2. Trans-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not comply with the requirements listed above may be only made in case the subject of personal data give their consent in written form for trans-border transfer of personal data and/or the subject of personal data is a party of the agreement to be performed.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The User can get any clarifications regarding processing of their personal data by sending the Operator an e-mail on hello@likeamov.com.
8.2. The given document reflects any amendments made to personal data processing policy by the Operator. The Policy remains in force without limit of time until a new version is accepted.
8.3. The actual version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet on https://lam.moscow/privacy.
